Ford Bronco Tensioner Pulley Installation Instructions

1. Park the Ford Bronco on a flat floor and have interaction the parking brake. Exit the vehicle and raise the hood. Exchange the worn pulley with a new one and safe it to the tension meeting utilizing the existing tension pulley retaining bolt by the center of the pulley. Tighten it to 30 foot-kilos of torque before securing the tension assembly again on the engine.
5. Safe the tension pulley assembly to the engine using the armature retaining bolt and tighten to 30 foot-kilos of torque. Pull the Ford Bronco’s serpentine belt over the strain pulley with the tension pulley still loosely bolted to the tension meeting arm. Tighten the middle retaining bolt of the tension pulley after the belt is run around the tensioner pulley. Tighten until the belt and the tension pulley are tight enough to spin the accent drive pulleys when the engine is running.
